Perform scheduled evening cleaning for corporate offices, tech suites, and public facilities across Contra Costa and Alameda County.
- Empty trash/recycling, dust desks and surfaces, and disinfect high-touch areas.
- Sanitize restrooms, restock supplies, and polish chrome fixtures.
- Vacuum carpets and mop hard surface floors using color-coded microfiber.
- Complete digital service sign-off at the end of each shift.
Maintain high-visibility corporate lobbies, multi-tenant properties, and healthcare centers during active business hours.
- Continuous upkeep of building lobbies, elevators, breakrooms, and restrooms.
- Respond promptly to tenant spills, supply replenishment, and light maintenance.
- Maintain exterior entryway glass, trash receptacles, and outdoor courtyards.
- Professional communication with building tenants and facility managers.
Lead specialized hard-floor restorative maintenance (VCT stripping, waxing, burnishing, terrazzo polishing) and commercial hot-water carpet extraction.
- Operate low-speed floor buffers, auto-scrubbers, and high-speed burnishers.
- Perform multi-coat commercial wax application and ceramic tile acid washing.
- Operate truck-mount and portable hot-water carpet extraction machinery.
- Maintain and inspect commercial machinery and chemical inventory.
Oversee nightly cleaning crews, conduct rigorous quality inspection walkthroughs, train new staff, and ensure 100% contract compliance.
- Conduct quality scorecards and audit cleaning standards across assigned facilities.
- Train crew members on OSHA safety, chemical dilution, and touchpoint disinfection.
- Manage route schedules, supply replenishment, and customer communication.
- Bilingual Spanish/English communication strongly preferred.
